Bartender/Server

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires an individual who is knowledgeable about various beverages, has excellent time management skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with customers, providing exceptional hospitality and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Willing to work independently as a bartender/server during lunch shifts
• Uphold knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage trends to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cash register operations, POS systems, and retail math skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• A friendly demeanor with exceptional hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including lunch, dinner, brunch, weekends, and holidays as required.
