Cleaning Tech

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request additional supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation is preferred for travel between job sites.
• Flexibility in scheduling; availability for evening or weekend shifts may be required.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
