Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Oversee brand strategy, creative development, digital platforms, and PR efforts
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams, partners, and external agencies
- Manage marketing budgets, tools, and content integrity from start to finish
- Develop digital assets, collateral, and strategic messaging
- Monitor and report marketing performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 15 years of experience in Technical, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), or Data Center Marketing (agency background a plus)
- Strong understanding of the data center and commercial real estate landscape
- Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing/project management platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing, Asana, Smartsheet)
- The compensation for this role starts at $185,000, based on experience and qualifications.
