In this role, you will be joining a team of developers assigned to projects with new release cycles and O&M of existing code. The majority of the environment is internal custom applications and requires a strong developer with a team mentality to work with the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Web Developer to complete assigned projects.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement BI solutions
- Turn business needs into technical plans
- Build and deploy reporting tools
- Maintain and support data analytics platforms
- Develop data storage tools (e.g., OLAP cubes)
- Perform testing and troubleshoot issues
- Improve existing BI systems
- Work with teams to integrate systems
- Run database queries and analyze data
- Create visual reports for projects
- Write and update technical documentation
- Experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
- Knowledge of data warehousing and data mining
- Strong understanding of databases, OLAP, and ETL processes
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle BI)
- Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and SSIS
- Ability to take initiative and think innovatively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
