Responsibilities
- Support Complex Deliverables : Contribute to multiple work streams within the PACAF Air Force Civil Engineer portfolio.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement : Provide detailed updates by actively participating in and, when PACAF/A4C is the lead, facilitating meetings, working groups, committees, panels, and boards.
- Meeting Material Development : Coordinate, consolidate, and develop presentations, reports, and other materials for key discussions and decision-making forums.
- Business Transformation & Strategic Communications : Deliver communication strategies and transformation initiatives for the directorate.
- Strategic Documentation Analysis : Review and interpret key documentation affecting Air Force contingency planning and installation sustainment operations.
- Support Combat Readiness Initiatives : Align strategic communication efforts with Air Force Chief of Staff (CSAF) Combat Readiness Initiatives within PACAF.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 3 years of experience in Indo-PACOM, Pacific operations, or Headquarters Air Force environments.
- Strong ability to break down, address, and clearly articulate complex challenges.
- Experience conducting market research and gathering data related to military readiness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in strategy formulation and policy development.
- Proficient in evaluating force presentation, conveying operational campaign strategies, and assessing Air Force readiness within client environments.
