Overview
Our client is an award winning federal integrator, supporting a government project dedicated to improving how veterans’ benefits are managed and delivered. They are looking for two Benefits Transformation Data Analysts to support cross-functional teams in optimizing automated workflow processing.
This is a REMOTE position. Candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders and be able to pass the client’s background check.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain operational workflows to meet processing and service level targets.
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate resolutions with internal teams, and communicate status updates to external stakeholders.
- Generate, review, analyze, and create operational reports and queries to track automation success metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, evaluate enhancement requests, and monitor ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Previous operations experience
- Experience with DevOps
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python)
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in business operations, project management, or data analytics (prior experience as an ops lead preferred)
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Blueworks Live, Confluence)
- Experience implementing solutions using robotic process automation (RPA), natural language processing (NLP), or Hyperscience
