Overview
Our client is supporting a US Homeland Security Mission on a long-term contract. They have upcoming needs for Mid-Level Java Developers who specialize in Frontend, Spring Boot, and Entrust, to work on a Federal Project based in Columbia, MD (a partial remote schedule is offered, but candidates must be local.) Join a team of developers building the next generation of customer engagement systems for Federal Service Agencies. Feel good about your work, as your team looks to ensure the safety of flights in the United States with passenger screening.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience with HTML/CSS
- 3 years of experience using Spring/Java MVC development to build enterprise applications using React Frontend
- 4 years of experience with JavaScript
- 4 years of experience with JSP
- 2 years’ experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
- 2 years’ experience using Java Development tools (e.g. Git, Eclipse, JUnit)
- 2 years’ experience with Relational Database/SQL
- 4 years of hands-on development experience, including at least 3 years of Java/Spring development experience
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with an Active Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Entrust Toolkit for Java
- 3 years of experience in development using Agile Scrum methodologies
- Experience leading a team of developers in a large-scale Federal IT program
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of $85K-$95K, based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
