Overview
Our client has a direct hire opportunity for a CLEARED Operations/Developer Engineer to support a critical National Security Mission. This is a customer facing role, where you will help the end client understand the requirements and constraints and develop the best solutions to successfully complete the mission. This is a great chance to expand your skillset, as each project is different and offers learning experiences.
This role is in Columbia, MD, and, per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop software for CNO, including frontend, middleware, or backend.
- Build, configure, and manage virtual systems.
- Operate and maintain COTS, GOTS, or custom tools as needed.
- Conduct testing, validation, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and create solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree PLUS 10 years of technical experience OR 5 years of experience with Master’s degree
- 7 years of experience with the following:
- SW Engineering with C, C or Python programming.
- Computer Network Operations (CNO)
- Bash scripting
- Network Protocol analysis
- Linux CLI commands and network control
- Per our client contract, candidates must be US Citizens with a TS/SCI Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Forensic and Software Reverse Engineering.
- Comfortable navigating the command line.
- Desire to contribute to CTF events, bug bounty programs, and speaking at security conferences.
- Rapid Prototype Software Development experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range of $95K-160K, based on experience, qualifications, location, licensure, and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
