In this role, you will work a hybrid schedule with our client in Washington DC, analyzing and resolving tickets related to Oracle Financial Modules (BE, GL, AP, AR, PO, PA, iProcurement, Federal Financials).
Your SQL and PL/SQL skills are essential for supporting development and production support activities. Key responsibilities include analyzing issues during support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution for Level 2 / Level 3 support.
We are looking for candidates who have experience with Oracle Financials, strong oral & written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree, or its foreign degree equivalent, in management information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- P2P, GL, FV, Projects, AR are key skills, with P2P being the most critical.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, understanding various essential business functions of an organization.
- Experience in analysis of issues during support, root cause analysis and issue resolution for Level 2 / Level 3 support.
Salary:
A competitive salary/hourly rate: $94K-$113K//$58-$70/hr based on experience and qualifications.
