Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with at least one year of experience in a staffing agency to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing top talent, building strong candidate relationships, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our organization. This is a hybrid position that meets three days a week in our Manhattan office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers from law firms in the area to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience within a staffing agency environment recruiting Legal Professionals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in meeting hiring goals and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Linked Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
