Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership for the culinary team, driving innovation in menu development and presentation.
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest quality of culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with members and guests to understand their preferences and dietary needs, delivering personalized and memorable dining experiences.
- Craft seasonal menus featuring locally sourced, fresh, and high-quality ingredients.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the culinary team through mentorship and training.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts for optimal pricing and quality of ingredients.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of private events, customizing menus based on member preferences.
