Job Summary: The role of Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for ensuring that the needed foods and materials for proper service are maintained at an above satisfactory level.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform the assigned opening duties

Perform the assigned closing duties
-
Ensure all foods are stocked throughout shift while operating a buffet style meal

Ensure all beverage options are stocked throughout shift while operating a buffet style meal
-
Assist food runners as needed
-
Ensures guest are attended to in a prompt, efficient and personalized manner.

Maintains organized and clean work area.

Controls inventory through conscientious use and careful monitoring
-
Provides level of service consistent with established standards in every aspect

Provides additional services / answers requested by the guest

Clear tables and eating areas of trash or food left behind by guests
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
-
Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs

CPR Training ( can be obtained after employment )
-
Must be at least 18 years old ( to serve alcohol )

Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Some former restaurant experience helpful
