What You’ll Be Baking:

✔ Fresh Bread & Rolls – The foundation of our famous lobster rolls, breakfast sandwiches, hot dogs, and sausages.
✔ Signature Sweets – Cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, blueberry pies, and blueberry crisp.
✔ House-Baked Treats – Cookies, scones, popovers, and other baked goods loved by locals and tourists alike.
✔ Kitchen Prep Support – Helping with additional prep work to keep our team running smoothly.

⏰ Early Mornings, Big Impact:

• Start your day at 6 AM to prepare for our 7 AM opening.
