The Staff Pad has partnered with a restoration company in Omaha, NE. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the business. This position requires an individual with strong leadership abilities, a results-driven mindset, and a commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
Role Responsibilities :
1. Team Development and Growth :
o Assist in developing and executing recruiting strategies to build a strong sales team.
o Aid in the creation and implementation of standardized onboarding and training procedures for new hires.
o Support Field Representatives’ professional growth through one-on-one coaching, feedback, and development plans.
o Help maintain alignment with the company’s Core Values, ensuring they are reflected in team performance and behavior.
2. Drive Financial Results :
o Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
o Assist in leading Saturday Sales blitz initiatives to boost sales performance.
o Monitor and track the performance of Field Representatives through KPIs; address any performance gaps and recognize over-achievers.
o Support Sales Field Representatives by providing guidance during customer interactions and resolving issues as necessary.
o Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and during post-sale project completion.
o Assist with maintaining an updated CRM during biweekly meetings with Sales Representatives to track progress.
3. Advance Company Culture :
o Encourage and reward positive behavior and achievements within the sales team.
o Host frequent team meet-ups and biweekly group events to strengthen team dynamics and foster a collaborative work environment.
o Partner with Branch Manager to develop and share coaching content during sales meetings.
o Actively engage in larger team events and activities to promote a cohesive company culture.
4. Other Responsibilities :
o Perform additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or other senior leadership.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs to assess sales team performance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
