Business Operations Analyst
The Staff Pad is seeking a Business Operations Analyst on behalf of our client. This role will play a pivotal part in inventory management, financial analysis, and operational process optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, inventory control, and business process automation within a retail or supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze inventory trends and collaborate with buyers to optimize stock levels.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies using financial forecasting and market analysis.
- Support budgeting processes by monitoring performance and identifying variances.
- Utilize Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP preferred) for financial reporting and decision-making.
- Automate and streamline financial processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct gross profit margin analysis across key P&L areas.
- Assist in the S&OP process and financial forecasting updates.
- Act as a liaison between operations and financial teams to support data-driven decision-making.
