Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the ER staff, including nurses, technicians, and support personnel.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and workflows to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Patient Care Oversight:
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.
- Monitor patient flow, triage processes, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Address escalated patient or family concerns promptly and professionally.
- Staff Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and retain qualified ER staff.
