The Staff Pad is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the processing of insurance claims related to roofing, siding, and other minor trades. This role requires close collaboration with insurance carriers, field representatives, and internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient claims processing.

Insurance Claim Processing for Roofing, Siding, and Minor Trades:
- Compare existing estimates with the actual build and make any required changes based on building codes.
- Submit necessary changes to insurance carriers for review.
- Contact insurance carriers to confirm receipt of claims and ensure they are actively being reviewed.
- Negotiate with the insurance company to reach an agreement on the final scope of work and pricing.
Processing Estimates for Minor Trades:
- Submit estimates for branded gutters, garage doors, window screens, painting, and similar trades to insurance carriers for approval.
- Follow up with insurance companies to ensure timely review and approval.
- Collaborate with insurance companies to finalize the scope and pricing of the work.
Roofing and Siding Cash Bids, Re-Inspections, and Job Conversions:
- Generate and send estimates, along with any supporting documentation, to insurance carriers and field representatives as needed.
- Monitor the progress of each claim and ensure timely follow-ups.
Communication and Status Updates:
- Build and maintain rapport with field representatives.
- Provide regular and accurate updates on the status of ongoing claims and projects to all stakeholders.
Final Invoice Preparation:
- Review claims to confirm which work has been completed and which has not.
- Ensure claims meet general profit guidelines and negotiate with the insurance carrier if discrepancies arise.
- Work with the accounting team to provide necessary documentation for final invoicing.
- Submit insurance-required documents once approved by the accounting team.
Handling Complex Claims:
- Manage complicated claims, including commercial projects, metal roofs, cedar shake roofs, and appraisal claims, ensuring proper processing and resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience with Xactimate or Symbility is required
- Proven experience in processing insurance claims or a related field (construction, roofing, or siding experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with insurance companies and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build relationships with field reps and maintain effective communication with all involved parties.
- Familiarity with building codes, insurance terminology, and claims processing is a bonus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually
- Bonus Structure: Eligible for monthly and year-end bonuses
- Medical Benefits: 100% of the medical premium paid by MNRC
- Retirement Benefits: 401(k) eligible with a 3% company contribution, regardless of participation
