Recruiter – Healthcare Staffing (Remote Position)

If so, consider joining our client as a Recruiter specializing in healthcare staffing for rural and remote communities.
Position Overview :
The Recruiter’s mission is to use excellent customer service and judgment to build a pipeline of highly qualified medical providers and guide them through the screening and onboarding process. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding providers for locum assignments. A successful Recruiter will continuously manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure provider profiles are updated. The Recruiter serves as a professional representative of the organization, fostering positive relationships with providers and collaborating with internal teams to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build a Talent Pool :
- Actively source healthcare providers through various channels.
- Review resumes to assess experience, skills, and interests that align with job requirements.
- Onboarding :
- Follow established processes to ensure accurate and thorough onboarding documentation.
- Maintain the integrity of provider data.
- Provider Experience :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical providers.
- Seek ways to enhance the provider experience.
- Grow the Network :
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand the network of potential providers and place them into assignments.
- Effective Communication :
- Communicate promptly, professionally, and honestly with providers.
- Maintain excellent documentation and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Contribute to the strategic planning for the Recruiting department.
