Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Train and support Account Executives to achieve performance goals.
- Drive Growth: Maximize placement efficiency, expand client accounts, and identify new opportunities.
- Build Relationships: Strengthen long-term partnerships with clients, providers, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership in healthcare or staffing.
- Strong coaching, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; preference for candidates in Alaska or the Pacific Northwest.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (PDT/MST).
- Dedicated home office with high-speed internet.
