The Staff Pad is committed to providing exceptional patient care and seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of Medical and Surgical patients.
">Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct and indirect patient care
- Assessing patients' physical and psychosocial condition appropriately
- Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding changes in patients' clinical conditions
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with other health care professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in education programs to maintain and develop nursing skills
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered care goals
We require candidates to possess current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Georgia, along with CPR certification. One year of acute hospital experience is preferred but not necessary.
