- Team Development and Growth
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies.
- Develop and maintain standardized onboarding and training procedures.
- Support Field Representative's advancement through one-on-one coaching.
- Maintain alignment with the company's Core Values.
- Drive Financial Results
- Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives.
- Track field representative KPIs; address deficiencies as they occur and recognize overachievers.
- Support field representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as needed.
- Provide production support to field representatives and ensure client satisfaction as projects are completed.
- Maintain an updated job central app through biweekly meetings with Field Representatives.
- Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behavior.
- Host frequent meetups with the sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout the season.
- Work with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetings.
Compensation:
- Base salary commissions (OTE $200k )
