The Staff Pad has partnered with one of Colorado’s largest accounts receivable management companies to hire a PFS Representative I. Headquartered in Longmont, this industry leader works with organizations across all 50 states, providing expert support in managing revenue cycles.
As a PFS Representative I, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their medical accounts. Your primary responsibilities include summarizing account details, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Using provided tools and training, you will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their financial obligations.

Qualifications:
As a PFS Representative I, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their medical accounts. Your primary responsibilities include summarizing account details, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Using provided tools and training, you will be instrumental in helping patients navigate their financial obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 6-7 inbound calls per hour, working with patients to resolve accounts.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on accounts and initiate resolution.
- Accurately document all account actions and communications.
- Assist patients with financial assistance, insurance information, and payment plans.
- Accept payments via phone and establish payment arrangements within guidelines.
- Address inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain work queues and complete reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficiency with technology and software applications; Microsoft Office preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Occasional standing, walking, and lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Standard office environment with moderate noise levels, good lighting, and consistent temperature control.
