Job Description
The Quality Data & Validation Specialist for the St. Peter's Medical Group Quality Department supports the mission of the organization by providing data entry and database management services.
This position involves supporting data management for various programs, including the Quality Payment Program (QPP), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC), and value-based quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include analyzing complex information, organizing multiple tasks, and maintaining accurate patient medical records.
- Analyzing information of a complex nature.
- Organizing/prioritizing multiple complex tasks.
- Proficient in EMR applications, Internet searches, and relevant databases.
- Working independently and under pressure to follow through on issues.
- Communicating clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in an office setting with high volume customer contact.
- Attention to detail with experience in data entry.
- Proven aptitude with PowerPoint, Excel, and Access knowledge.
- Excellent typing skills.
A high school graduation or GED is preferred, and two years of college or business school is also preferred.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
