The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Montana to recruit a highly skilled Supervisor - Sterile Processing. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the organization's mission to set the gold standard for Healthcare.
As the administrative leader of the Sterile Processing department, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the success of the team by implementing the organization's mission, vision, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all aspects of daily sterile processing operations.
- Oversee staff management, including hiring, performance evaluations, discipline, and professional development.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as DNV, OSHA, and other governing bodies.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with perioperative leadership to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in sterile processing required.
- 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Certification in sterile processing required (must be maintained).
