Production Supervisor-Direct Hire

The Staffing Alliance is seeking an experienced Bilingual Production Supervisor in Lumberton, NC. The Supervisor would be responsible for overseeing and directing the planned activities and personnel of the business to business of production operations.

**This is a direct hire position**

Hours:

Monday- Wednesday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Thursday- Saturday 6:30 am - 6:30 pm

General Requirements:

• 5 years production supervisor experience
• Demonstrates confidence and influence in leading workers
• Demonstrates leadership ability. Able to create positive change in employees
• Strong communicator who can set clear expectations with direct reports
• Ability to hold subordinates accountable through quantitative and qualitative goal attainment
• Willingness/desire to coach subordinates via daily work
• Possesses exceptional work ethic, energy and initiative
• Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA regulations
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and SOP's
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production activities to ensure that manufacturing processes run efficiently
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly production goals and communicate these objectives to the production team
• Assign responsibilities and prepare work schedules to optimize workflow and productivity
• Track production metrics and employee performance, providing guidance and coaching to team members to enhance productivity, teamwork and morale
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure that products meet company and regulatory specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure production schedule completion
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime and maintain production goals
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge
• Recommend and implement improvements in production methods, equipment, and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
