Daily foam line management

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quality control and reducing scrap from process and tooling causes

Directs process engineers and tooling technicians

  • Implements standardized work for process and tooling team members
  • Ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and material management system requirements
  • Overall safety practices adherence

    • Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 5 years of experience in automotive plant manufacturing
  • 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and equipment principles
