THIS POSITION IS FOR A BOX TRUCK / DELIVERY DRIVER. AS A BOX TRUCK DRIVER, YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND EXPERIENCE DRIVING A BOX TRUCK.
Job Responsibilities :
Unloading items for delivery. Operating the truck. Keeping the truck clean and reporting any maintenance needed. Documenting deliveries and any other required information. Follow all DOT regulations and company policies pertaining to safety. Completed daily inspections of the truck both post and pre shift. Reading and comprehending invoices. Submit all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Completing all scheduled deliveries daily while exhibiting a professional demeanor. Keeping the truck clean and well maintained. All other duties as assigned.
Must maintain a valid driver's license, an up-to-date DOT health card and have a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted. Must be able to work flexible hours, some routes leave as early as 4 : 00AM. Must be able to pass a DOT health exam or have a DOT health card. Excellent time management and communication skills are required.
