Warehouse Logistics Specialist
Salary : $19 / hr
Location : Phoenix, AZ 85034
Industry : Defense / Industrial
Schedule : M-F 6AM-2 : 30PM
Requirements :
Associate degree and 1 year of experience or high school diploma and 3 years of experience
Understanding of the inventory database management system (Equip, SAP) and basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and move at least 35 pounds and be on your feet throughout the day.
Must be able to obtain forklift certification. Forklift certification desired.
Must be a US Citizen
Responsibilities :
Under minimal supervision, coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, tools, and equipment.
Responsibilities include tracking and handling high volume and high cost material and equipment, and complying with asset management policies and procedures.
Handling receipts, issues, transfers, physical inventory, records, and closeout for assets.
Compiles records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
Prepares inventory records and reports and investigates discrepancies in stock counts.
Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking and reporting any discrepancies.
Experience in conducting government property inventory.
