The Stand is a fast-casual restaurant with 20 locations in Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston, Texas. As we continue to grow and open multiple locations, we are looking for highly skilled and motivated leaders to join our team.
Service Leader Responsibilities :
- Lead by example with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to train and develop Front of the House FOH team members
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ensure a clean and organized restaurant by supporting respective team members and their duties
- Ability to multi-task while having a good time
- Foster a friendly family environment
- Be a team player and show efficient communication skills
- Oversee multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo
- Handle daily paperwork (we care more about actual restaurant operations)
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Service Leader Essential Functions :
