EXECUTIVE MATCHMAKER - SALES ASSOCIATE
The Standard Agency/Professional Matchmaking is one of the nation’s oldest and largest Matchmaking Agencies and we are hiring for 2 matchmaking/sales positions.
We offer full training in how to match some of the nation’s most affluent singles to the love of their life. Our expertise is serving male clients seeking a female partner; however, we also assist female clients seeking partners and are non-discriminatory for any client seeking our services.
Professional Matchmaking has a proven track record helping couples fall in love and many get married. For those looking for a positive, rewarding occupation and work environment, this is a dream job. Our staff thoroughly enjoys what they do and over the last 30 years, we’ve introduced nearly 100,000 singles.
We work very friendly hours in a four-day work week (10a-6p, M-T). All employees have an opportunity to earn a great income with the opportunity to grow and expand their career.
If you have a track record of selling and closing with a go-getter spirit and you feel that you would be an effective matchmaker, screening and selling affluent and attractive singles nationwide, we want to meet you. Your day will be filled conversing with interesting individuals – entrepreneurs, doctors, athletes, entertainment executives, real estate developers, hedge fund managers, CEO’s etc., pairing them with other amazing singles in our massive registry.

Desired qualifications:
· Results oriented self-starter with strong phone skills - clear phone voice, friendly, and very socially oriented conversationalist.
· Minimum of 3 years sales experience (5 years preferred). Demonstrable success in closing deals of $20,000 or more. Formal sales training a plus.
· A focused, yet easy-going attitude – which will fit nicely with our office culture.
· A true ‘people person’ who will enjoy what we do – which is to improve other people's lives by helping them find the most important partner in life.
· You are worldly and not easily offended (most of our clients are males and we encourage them to speak openly and candidly about what they desire in a partner).
· You have an understanding of dating and can offer meaningful advice.
· You make a good first impression and are very warm and friendly.
· A bachelor’s or associate's degree is preferred but not required. Can be offset by experience.
