- Demonstrate and guide hands-on practice for administering medications, including oral, topical, and injectable forms (depending on state laws).
2. Curriculum Development
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet state regulations and certification standards.
- Incorporate current best practices, medication safety protocols, and healthcare trends.
- Prepare and update teaching materials, such as manuals, slides, and study guides.
3. Clinical Supervision
- Supervise students during clinical rotations or labs where they practice medication administration.
- Ensure students follow safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide real-world scenarios for students to apply their knowledge and skills.
4. Student Assessment
- Evaluate students’ knowledge and competency through written exams, skill demonstrations, and clinical evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades.
