As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee the operations of all F&B venues across the property, ensuring our guests are delighted and our team is thriving, all while keeping an eye on the bottom line. You’ll blend strategic leadership with hands-on support, helping us create unforgettable dining moments, time after time.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and inspire our F&B teams across all outlets, setting the tone, guiding the vibe, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Maximize revenue and control costs while always putting the guest experience first.

Ensure our standards, systems, and service sequences are followed and continuously improved.

Manage performance, develop team talent, and conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

Drive consistency in service and elevate quality in food, beverage, and overall guest experience.

Oversee onboarding and training for new team members using our Standardized training plans.

Work closely with the F&B Director and Assistant Director on new ideas, programs, and goals.

Stay current with licensing, safety, and sanitation requirements, and make sure the team does too.

Maintain open lines of communication across departments and ensure smooth daily operations.

Be on the floor, visible and present, supporting the team, solving challenges, and ensuring great vibes all around.
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Comfortable working in hot or cold environments (kitchen, outdoor spaces, etc.)

Some bending, lifting, climbing, and crouching required.

You'll be working with sharp objects and around flammable materials, safety first.

Clear communication is a must—both listening and speaking with guests and coworkers.
Qualifications

Experience in a similar leadership role in hospitality, this isn’t your first rodeo.

Tech-savvy with basic computer and data entry skills.

Sharp problem-solving instincts and an eye for detail.

Flexible availability including holidays and weekends, because hospitality doesn’t take a day off.

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English (multilingual is a bonus).

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
