Front Desk Agent
At The Standard, the Front Desk isn’t just where guests check in, it’s where the vibe begins. As a Front Desk Agent, you’re the first face they see and the last goodbye, setting the tone for their entire stay. You’ll be the go-to for all things guest experience, from check-in to check-out, insider recommendations, and everything in between. You’ll also flex your skills in Opera, PBX, Reservations, and Concierge, making sure every guest gets the full Standard experience.
What You’ll Be Doing

Keep the front desk running smoothly, handling check-ins, check-outs, billing, and all the details in between.

Be a master of multi-tasking, cross-trained in PBX, Reservations, Concierge, and Bell services.

Deliver next-level hospitality, answering questions about the hotel, local hotspots, and daily happenings with effortless charm.

Keep things organized and polished, ensuring the desk and lobby are always looking (and feeling) top-notch.

Stay in sync with all departments, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier guest experiences.

Create genuine connections with guests, responding to feedback with care and making every stay unforgettable.

Who You Are:
At The Standard, we do things a little differently. We’re not just checking guests in; we’re setting the tone for their entire experience. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the first face they see, the go-to for all their needs, and the one who makes their stay feel seamless, warm, and effortlessly cool.
Who You Are:

You’ve got at least a year of front desk or concierge experience in a hotel setting.

Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, spelling, the whole package). Bonus points if you’re bilingual!

A natural at problem-solving, training, delegating, and staying cool under pressure—because hospitality is all about the unexpected.

Flexible and reliable, you’re down to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and the occasional overnight shift.

Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of common computer programs. If you know Opera, even better.

A strong communicator with top-tier organization and customer service skills, you genuinely enjoy making people’s day.

Comfortable working solo or as part of a team, always ready to jump in where needed.

Able to handle long shifts on your feet, lift up to 25 lbs.
