We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise our accounting staff and be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of organization.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Manage Accounts Payable and cash management.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections.
- Oversee the payroll and HR process in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting.
- Utilize accounting software and Excel to generate financial reports and analyze data.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of public accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting software applications.
- Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, and accounts receivable management.
- Prepare payroll and assist with HR functions.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation accurately.
- Familiarity with financial concepts and their application in business operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to use Excel and prepare spreadsheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
