Job Summary:
As an implementation manager 1, you'll guide new clients in post-sales processes by developing and executing client-specific implementation strategies & projects.
Drive and develop the process of creating a customized implementation plan for each new national, mid-market, or regional client.
Be the main point of contact for internal and external needs related to implementation such as answering questions, providing needed documents, orchestrating internal process changes, systems guidance, etc.
Gain insight into the client's culture, priorities, and goals in order to provide customized approaches to their needs and pass forward that understanding to account managers who will hold the accounts in the future.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects with conflicting and demanding time constraints while meeting changing priorities and deadlines.
Skills and Background You'll Need
Education: Bachelors in business, communications, or other applicable and/or related field is preferred, but not required.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of progressive insurance experience with an emphasis in project management, benefits administration, large case management, and enrollment technology.
Experience with direct client interaction (including HR Departments and brokers) is highly preferred.
Insurance product expertise and the ability to learn new products.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$74,500.00 - $108,750.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
