The Proposal Analyst II role is a key member of the Regional Sales teams by organizing, managing, and communicating sales support activities. You are responsible for sales administration, including providing pre-sale technical product support to external broker partners including information on product benefits and procedural processes.

Regional Market (3-2k Lives):

- Coordinate and track to completion all broker licensing and appointment requests Coordinate all RFP scope changes/revisions in Salesforce (Obtain system access.

Skills and Background You'll Need
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- 6 months experience with life and health insurance products
- 1 year experience with Microsoft products; specifically Excel
The Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 Years experience with supplemental health products, including group critical illness and accident plans 3 years
- ' sales or sales support experience in the financial services or insurance industry
- 2 years' experience with group and worksite insurance products, practices, trends and information affecting the business and organization.
- Presentation skills - effectively conveys information in a clear and professional manner to internal and/or external individuals/groups
- Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with others to reach mutually beneficial solutions with both internal and external individual/groups; settles differences equitability
- Experience working with Benefits Brokers/Consultants
- Experience with Salesforce
Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time, to support a new hire's transition into the sales incentive plan.
Salary Range:
30.89 - 45.19Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
