Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and other field personnel to maintain productivity and safety.
- Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools is a plus.
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
