SALES REPRESENTATIVE- OUTSIDE SALES FOR A GROWING CHARTER & SHUTTLE BUS COMPANY
We are The Starline Collection, the largest charter bus transportation company in the Northwest with locations in Seattle, Yakima, Pasco, and Boise. We have growth plans to continue our expansion throughout the West. Our current network of buses and drivers places us in as many as 7 western states and two provinces on any given day, connecting people to the experiences they love.
As our Outside Sales Representative, you will be out in the community, building relationships and identifying opportunities to expand our reach.
Your role will include:
Networking & Outreach- attending regional business association events, building connections with decisions makers, and uncovering transportation needs.
Education Partnerships- Visiting schools and universities to develop tailored transportation solutions for student groups, sports teams, field trips, faculty travel, and campus shuttle programs.
Event & Corporate Transportation Solutions- Identifying large events, conferences and businesses that need cost effective charter or shuttle services positioning us as the best alternative to rideshares. We do this now for many of the largest corporations in the world.
Creative Problem Solving- Crafting profitable, yet affordable, transportation solutions that benefit our customers while growing our business.
Sales & Account Management- managing relationships with key clients, following up on leads, and closing deals that bring in recurring business.
Who You Are
· Outgoing, personable, and comfortable in social settings.
· Self-motivated with a hunter mentality- you’re always looking for the next opportunity.
· Organized- able to manage multiple projects and relationships at once.
· Experienced in sales, business development, or event coordination (bonus points if you’ve worked in transportation, hospitality, or corporate event planning).
