This position reports directly to the Division Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Distribute mail, correspondence, reports, and packages promptly.
- Work with various departments and functions to support initiatives and projects.
- Manage the prequalification process.
- Oversee license administration.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1-2 years of relevant experience. Construction industry experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and communication styles.
- Proficiency in using productivity software and tools, such as Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively and independently.
- Ability to adapt and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
