We are currently seeking an Electrical Department Manager based in Buffalo, New York. This position plays a critical role in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring successful execution, and leading project teams.

What You Will Do
- Oversee multiple projects from start to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and safety compliance
- Supervise and develop Project Managers, Estimators, and field personnel
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, union representatives, and key stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of change orders and job cost documentation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all job sites
What You Need to Succeed
- 10 years of experience in construction management (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Automotive)
- A trade certification or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven leadership in managing teams and coordinating unionized trade labor
- Strong financial and project management skills, with experience using Excel and project management software
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
