WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support Project Managers and teams with administrative tasks, including meeting minutes and progress tracking.
- Assist Project Managers with overall project performance and execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logs, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and contact lists.
- Compile and complete close-out documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized project files and records.
- Assist with project estimation, bid proposals, and preparation of price change notices.
- Attend customer meetings and assist in determining project requirements.
- Communicate project requirements effectively to customers and team members.
- Prepare project-related correspondence as needed.
- Assist in creating and maintaining construction schedules.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM
- 2 years of electrical construction experience, a college degree, or equivalent trade experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction-related software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Experience with Accubid, MS Project, and/or P6 is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
