Our Organization and Mission: The Office represents the State of Florida in state and federal civil and criminal courts, from trial courts to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Pay: $43,260.10 Annually

Position Summary: This position is in the Victim Services Unit.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; or
• 4 years of administrative experience in the areas of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or other related field.
• Professional or nonprofessional experience in the areas of accounting, banking, accounts receivable, payroll processing or other related field can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.

Preference may be given to those with previous grant management experience.

The Work You Will Do: This position is responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• Prepare technical reviews of grant applications to ensure compliance with the grant program.
• Conduct on-site monitoring, desk audits, and reviews for program compliance and prepares reports of findings and corrective action needed.
• Review and recommend for approval change requests and invoices submitted by subgrantees.
• Provide technical assistance to subgrantees on program requirements.
• Monitor budget, expenditure, and reporting requirements of subgrantees.
• Assist in the development and implementation of grant management, including budget, expenditure, report, and correspondence requirements of the grant program.
• Prepare periodic progress and evaluation reports on grant activities.
• Complete special assignments and perform related duties as assigned
