Position Summary:
Performs a variety of office support duties for all driver Services areas. Daily preparation of mail by scanning, sorting and batching. Performs data entry including processing minor moving violation abstracts received from in state and out of state courts and completing the index nd gex queues. Receives and processes all money mail received. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Qualifications: Six months of experience in general office, clerical or administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

Preferred Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, editing, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have experience conducting research and working in an office team environment.
