Compensation:
- Hourly Starting Pay Range: $28.85 - $37.86

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
The KBI is seeking to fill a Policy and Procedure Manager position.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the storage, management, and accessibility of the organizations policies. Ensuring they are updated, compliant with regulations, and readily available to employees. This will be accomplished by creating a policy repository, managing policy updates, conducting regular reviews, and enforcing policy adherence across the agency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify policy needs and coordinate the draft of new policies.
- Review and update existing policies to reflect changing regulations and business practices.
- Manage the policy approval process, including obtaining necessary sign-offs.
- Communicate new and revised policies to employees through various channels.
- Establish and maintain a centralized, accessible repository for all agency policies.
- Organize policies by category and ensure proper version control.
- Implement a system to track policy updates and revisions.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify potential compliance risks and taking corrective actions.
- Conduct periodic compliance audits to assess policy adherence.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about agency policies.
- Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders regarding policy effectiveness.
- Initiate revisions to policies based on feedback and changing circumstances.
- Conduct regular policy reviews to identify areas of improvement.

- Maintain detailed records of policy updates, approvals, and compliance activities.
- Generate reports on policy compliance and potential issues for management review.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- One year of experience in planning, organizing and directing the work of a department, program or agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, legal studies, or a related field. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
- Excellent Written and verbal Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in policy development, document management, compliance, or a related field.
- Experience working with regulatory or procedural documentation.
Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements
- Candidates are subject to a pre-employment process to include a polygraph examination, drug-screening test, physical examination, psychological testing and a complete background investigation, including reference check of past and present employers. The pre-employment polygraph and background investigation process will be waived for current KBI personnel who have previously completed the requirements.
