Compensation:
- Annual Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00
Note: Salary can vary depending upon education, experience, or qualifications

Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Public Service Administrator
This highly responsible position performs a wide variety of administrative work for the SMART Central Systems Responsibilities Team. This position is one of two staff members who are dedicated to the SMART Supplier Maintenance Team. Duties include:
- Engages with agency personnel to collect sensitive supplier and employee information and enter/update in the central accounting system, SMART
- Communicates and responds to agency personnel regarding all supplier issues using Service Desk software
- Fulfills essential role in enforcing policies that protect the SOK against fraudulent supplier activity
- Provides insight on potential policy changes to facilitate efficiencies within area of expertise
- Uses IRS TIN matching process to validate supplier information
- Assists with eSupplier module, which is a public facing portal allowing SOK suppliers to view their supplier and payment information on-line
- Provides assistance to other team members with regard to supplier maintenance and the integration it has with other functions within the central accounting system
- Performs special assignments as assigned by the team manager, which may include tasks like revision of training materials, testing and providing feedback on system changes, and oral presentations to agency personnel
- Provides back-up to other team members

Minimum Qualifications:
One year of experience in providing direction necessary to implement the objectives of an agency, program or organizational unit. Education in accounting, business administration, finance, management information systems or related field may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business and/or accounting. Experience using PeopleSoft Human Capital Management 9.0 or higher.
