Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, food safety, and customer service.
- Interview, hire, and train new staff members.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving restaurant performance.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional hospitality to customers.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
