Position Description: Full-time twelve months, grant-funded position. Works in tandem with Jamestown Community College Liberty Partnerships Program staff to deliver services within the Jamestown Public
School District.
Essential Functions
Required: Bachelor's degree, experience in an education, communications or human services
environment. Management experience. Computer literacy including database systems. Excellent
written, oral, and interpersonal/human relations skills; commitment to providing excellent customer
service; problem solving, budget management, leadership, and organizational skills. Must be able to:
coordinate and develop complex documents; read and apply laws, rules, and regulations; write and
deliver persuasive proposals/presentations; plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple projects in a team
setting. Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred: Master's degree in education, counseling, or social work. Experience in youth services,
educational administration, grant-funded project management, and case management.
Additional Information
Salary: $23.89-$29.00. Excellent benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and NYS retirement.
Final candidates are subject to a pre-employment criminal background investigation.

- Manage the delivery of all Liberty Partnerships Program services and activities within the designated school district including skills assessment, tutoring, academic and personal counseling, family counseling and home visits, mentoring, summer programs, and professional development activities for personnel with direct responsibility for program students.
- Manage district program budget.
- Collaborate with program director, community partner, and other project managers to pursue program goals.
- Supervise tutors, volunteers, and other program staff within the designated school district. Assist with hiring of program staff and volunteer screening as necessary.
- Follow policies to insure program success and foster engagement among students and families.
- Support assessment of program activities including quality control and partner/participant satisfaction.
- Ensure equal access and treatment for eligible program participants within the district. Provide data and assessments to assure timely compliance with all regulations and file periodic reports.
- Promote Liberty Partnerships Program to cohort members, their parents, and the district. Assist with hiring and supervising program staff as necessary.
- Regular attendance.
- Other duties as assigned by the Liberty Partnerships Program Director.
