POSITION TITLE : Senior Director of Development Operations, The States Project
LOCATION :
National. 100% Remote, with 20-25% of expected travel including in-person team meetings and events.

Position Details :
This is a full-time, exempt at-will position. The team currently operates remotely, with occasional in-person team retreats. Some travel will be required. Additional evening and weekend hours are sometimes required to fulfill the duties of this position.

The Opportunity :
The States Project is seeking a Senior Director, Development Operations that oversees and optimizes the development team’s operational systems, workflows, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with our fundraising goals. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and leadership across multiple teams.
The Senior Director, Development Operations will have the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, reason analytically, and relationship manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

The position offers a competitive benefits package. Compensation :
The salary for this position is $164,025 - $173,138 per year
