Delivery Driver

MUST BE 21 YEARS TO APPLY WITH VALID DRIVERS LICENSE:

As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, fully commit to leading the delivery program in Hoboken NJ, ensure smooth flow from business-inventory-delivery standpoint.

You will train to learn the home delivery process, following company and state guidelines. This position requires overall knowledge of dispensary processes, and the delivery department's needs and goals. You are expected to maintain a professional and cohesive relationship with the entire team. In this position, you will oversee and manage the efficient, accurate and timely delivery of patient orders. We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team with a clean driving record and exceptional driving skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with customers, providing great customer service, pays attention to detail, and is looking to grow in the industry! Shifts are likely to be full-time three days a week, weekday/weekend flexibility needed. (Tentative: 30 hours minimum. - 10 hour days, subject to change.)

Duties:

- Organization of delivery orders, load and unload products from delivery vehicles

- Eager to research and collect data needed to create successful program
- Hands-On position - Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' homes or businesses!

-Follow state policies and company Standard of Procedure, reporting any incidents or feedback to management
- Provide excellent customer service and engagement during the delivery process
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Follow strict inventory and fulfilling guidelines
- Maintain accurate delivery records and collect payments, if necessary
- IMPORTANT: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

- Develop and execute a comprehensive delivery program strategy, including route planning, delivery schedules, and order fulfillment.

- Identify opportunities for expansion and improvement, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer experience to management.

-Uphold a customer-centric approach, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and within expected time frames.

-Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, resolving any issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and monitor customer feedback.

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate tracking of products during the delivery process, implement procedures to prevent product discrepancies.

-Other tasks requested by management.

Skills:
- Strong driving skills, attention to detail, prioritizes safety and security

-Time management and organization skills required
- Sales or retail experience is preferred
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
