Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, assisting other team members, and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
• Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Provide additional support to guests as requested.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold high standards of guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu to assist guests with inquiries about food and beverage options.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest relations principles is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
